WHAT IS COWORKING?
Coworking is a flexible, affordable form of office space designed specifically for entrepreneurs, small business owners, work-from-home professionals, and larger businesses looking to provide remote offices for employees.

By sharing amenities and space amongst members, coworking spaces drastically lower the cost of having an office.
Month-to-month "memberships" rather than long-term lease contracts make coworking spaces a practical solution for new businesses who aren't ready to take on a long-term commitment.

Membership at one of our coworking spaces includes all utilities, high-speed internet, 24/7 access, and guest privileges.

231 Main is also home to Historic Downtown Kendallville.

Day Pass
Just looking for an opportunity to get out of the house? Traveling in the area for a few days? A Day Pass at our coworking space allows you to access all of the communal areas of the space and gives you a great spot in downtown Kendallville to get all of your work done. Enjoy unlimited come/go privileges and enjoy a meal at one of the many great restaurants or grab an espresso and pastry at WHATCHAmacakes, right down the street. Printer/Scanner/Copier also available, subject to fees.
Day Passes are ideally requested at least one day in advance. If you arrive at 231 Main during usual business hours and we have an attendant on site, we will be happy to accommodate you. Please call Kristen at (260) 318-0883 for immediate assistance.

Whether you work from home but don't want to give out your personal information -- or just need a physical address to use for your general correspondence (vs a P.O. box), consider renting a mailbox at 231 Main. You'll be provided with 24/7 access to the facility to pick up your mail when it's convenient for you.
